In Southern California, we experience wildfires year-round. 805 Goats is a family- owned business that offers goat grazing services to mitigate your wildfire risk. We utilize goats to control vegetation and heavy fuel loads on hillsides, creek beds, golf courses, and more. We service cities, counties, homeowners associations, private property owners, vineyards, oil fields, and more.
Why Goats?
Goats are better able to navigate and clear brush from steep hills, where humans walking with weed wackers or lawn mowers can't go. Herds chew their way through overgrown grasses and weeds, creating a fuel break.
